Jolin Tsai is Remy Martin's first Asian ambassador: To judge dance contest in Singapore
Hottie and singing sensation, the 32 -year-old Taiwanese superstar Jolin Tsai, has been appointed by Rémy Martin as its first Asian celebrity spokesperson.
With this appointment, the 300-year old house hopes to introduce its cognac brand to a new market and appeal to a younger adult consumer through music and dance.
The Taiwanese Mandopop princess, also fondly known as Taiwan's "Dancing Queen" famed for her elaborate performances with stunning dance cheography, will be in Singapore on Jan 18 2013 to judge the regional finals of Centaur Dance Showdown 2012 where she will also be staging a mini-concert showcase.
Local dance crew Radikal Forze beat five teams during the local Centaur Dance Showdown 2012 finals on Saturday, and the five-member group aged between 21 and 31, walked away with $5,000 in cash.
The group will represent Singapore to vie against other representatives in the region for the title of 'Asia's Best Dancing Crew' and the grand prize of US$10,000 (S$12,240) on Jan 18 with Jolin Tsai presiding as judge.
